Sheffield is becoming a second home for Manchester band Courteeners as they have just announced another city date in 2027, as part of a series of outdoor headline shows.

Courteeners, who are currently touring their latest album, God Bless The Band, will be taking the lead at Rock N Roll Circus on Saturday 28 August and will be supported by The Vaccines, The Lathums, The Guest List, Girl In The Year Above and more.

Since their debut album St. Jude was released in 2008, Courteeners have quietly and confidently become one of the biggest bands in Britain. Their gigs are massive celebrations where songs become a communal experience between band and fans with each chorus unifying tens of thousands of people. The band have achieved consistent commercial success with over 1 million UK album sales, the last six albums charting Top 5 and debut St. Jude reaching No.1 15 years after its initial release.

God Bless The Band celebrates an incredible two-decades of the band, featuring anthemic tracks from their seven studio albums – St. Jude (2008), Falcon (2010), Anna (2013), Concrete Love (2014), Mapping the Rendezvous (2016), More. Again. Forever. (2020) and Pink Cactus Café (2024) – along with two brand new tracks (The Luckiest Man Alive and Plus One Forever) produced by Liam Fray and James Skelly (The Coral).

Alongside Rock N Roll Circus, the band will be playing Neighbourhood Weekender Festival, Lincoln Castle, Scarborough Open Air Theatre, Isle of Wight Festival, Newcastle Exhibition Park, Halifax Piece Hall and Ludlow Castle.
