Love to be… Festival raises the bar once again with the announcement of two major additions to its 2026 lineup at The Stray, Harrogate.

International house heavyweight Claptone and Leeds-born dance music authority Paul Woolford have been confirmed as the remaining headliners for this year’s open-air celebration on Saturday 5 September.

Claptone brings his unmistakable masked presence and melodic house sound to North Yorkshire, fresh from global touring, Ibiza residencies and headline slots across the world’s biggest stages. Known for records such as ‘No Eyes’ and a string of crossover collaborations, he has become one of the most recognisable figures in modern house music while retaining deep underground credibility. His addition marks one of the festival’s most high-profile bookings to date.

Joining him is Paul Woolford, one of the UK’s most respected and versatile electronic artists. From early underground anthems to chart-topping crossover records, Woolford has shaped multiple eras of British club culture. Whether delivering piano-driven house, tougher club cuts or selections from his wider catalogue, his sets carry the authority of a DJ who understands both heritage and future-facing sounds. A Yorkshire return on a stage of this scale makes his appearance all the more significant.

They join an already stacked lineup across three stages at The Stray. Previously announced names include Sam Divine, Julie McKnight performing live, David Penn, Mousse T, Trimtone, DJ Cash Only, Janika Tenn and Keexx on the Stray Stage.

The Music Factory stage features Todd Terry, Gok Wan, K-Klass performing live, Grant Nelson, Paul Taylor and Tom Wainwright, alongside a strong supporting cast rooted in classic house culture.

The VIP funkyLove takeover adds Jetboot Jack, NRK featuring Nikki Belle live, Love to be founder Tony Walker and a host of selectors and performers across an upgraded, intimate setting.

With Claptone and Paul Woolford now leading the final wave of announcements, Love to be… Festival 2026 strengthens its position as one of the North’s most essential house music gatherings.

Set across 200 acres of open green space, The Stray transforms into a full-scale festival site for one day only, complete with large-scale production, food village, fairground attractions and immersive audio-visual staging.

Tickets are on sale now from £51.50 plus booking and payment plans are available too via Skiddle, with General Entry and VIP options available. Multiple tiers have already sold out, with limited allocations remaining.
