BRASSERIE EARLY DINING OFFER

At The Devonshire Arms Brasserie, early diners can take advantage of the best deal with a generous 30% discount (food only) off any dishes on their seasonal menu. To take advantage of this saving, simply order between the times of 12-12.30pm or 5-6pm – available midweek days only (excluding Bank Holidays).

Their summer menu is full of classical favourites, light bites and appetisers. Many dishes include locally reared meats from local farms, fish and seafood from the North East and Yorkshire coast, as well as several vegetarian options. In keeping with their brand heritage, local is the name of the game, with seasonal produce from the hotels’ kitchen gardens, the Estate and local farmers being championed.

For example, enjoy a starter of chicken liver parfait with sourdough bread and apple cider chutney, or Yorkshire asparagus with poached hen’s egg, Béarnaise sauce and trout’s roe, followed by a locally-reared chargrilled, salt-aged steak with choice of accompaniments, or fresh ‘catch of the day’ from the East coast, served with Jersey royals and a pea and broad bean fricassee and chorizo.

On warm sunny days, table service will also be offered outside on the Terrace, where a separate outdoor menu is also available.

On weekend afternoons during the summer, a home-made pizza selection is also on offer for casual outdoor dining with friends and family.
