A truly unique piece of Sheffield’s music heritage is up for grabs, as The Leadmill launches a prize draw to win a handcrafted guitar made from its original dancefloor – and signed by some of the city’s most iconic artists.

Built by the very skilled luthier, James Lister, using the final sections of The Leadmill’s historic dancefloor – the same floor that carried decades of unforgettable nights – only six guitars have been created.

Of those six, only one has been signed together by all of these extraordinary Sheffield artists who each helped define the venue’s legacy.

Signatures include members of Arctic Monkeys, Def Leppard, Bring Me The Horizon, Pulp, Milburn, Reverend and the Makers, alongside Richard Hawley and The Human League – making this a one-of-a-kind collector’s item rooted in the city’s cultural history.

The prize draw closes on 5 May at 23:59 with the winner announced on 7 May at 19:00 via The Leadmill’s social media channels. The winner will be contacted directly, with the guitar either shipped securely within the UK or made available for collection.

The prize draw forms part of The Leadmill Relocation Fund, helping to secure a new long-term home for the venue while it continues delivering events across Sheffield and beyond.
